Sizing?

The sizing for our shirts is a pretty standard fit, just a tad longer than your usual crew cut T-shirt. 

When will I get my order?

Most orders go out next day, however during busy periods this may become 2-3 business days. 

Once we've shipped your items they will be with you in 1-7 business days. All orders are posted via Australia Post.

What's your returns policy?

We are happy to return items if they are not what you ordered or the wrong size, we'll cover the postage on these.

A couple of other things required to return items:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as it was when we sent it out.
  2. The item can't be worn or have any stains on it.
  3. Return must be within 30 days of your purchase.
  4. Make sure you email us first so we know what you want to do. 
We don't do returns if you simply "change your mind".

 

Where can I get Onshore Threads?

Our online store ships to most Australian addresses and stocks our complete range, including sale items.

We also do market stall pop-ups from time to time in Western Australia, where we have most of the range available. Keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram to see where we might be popping up!
