Sizing?
The sizing for our shirts is a pretty standard fit, just a tad longer than your usual crew cut T-shirt.
When will I get my order?
We now print our shirts as they are ordered, so we don't have to have a large quantity of shirts printed up prior. This helps us to save you money and makes our products available to more people!
So because of this it may take us up to 7 business days in extreme cases, to print the shirt before we send it out to you!
We send our orders out as soon as possible. This can take a few days, due to other commitments. However don't stress, we will get it in the mail as quickly as we can!
Once we've done our bit we hand it over to Australia Post, which usually takes 2-8 business days to get to you.
We also ship to selected international locations If you're country isn't on the list send us a message and we'll try our best to sort you out!
What's your returns policy?
We are happy to return items if they are not what you ordered or the wrong size, you just have to pay the postage.
We are not responsible for a 'change of mind' and it will be the buyers responsibility to pay for the return of the shirt and will only eligible for a store credit and not a refund, as we print all T-shirts as they are ordered.
A couple of other things required to return items:
- The item must be in the same condition as it was when we sent it out.
- The item can't be worn or have any stains on it.
- Return must be within 30 days of your purchase.
- Make sure you email us first so we know what you want to do.
Where can I get some Onshore Threads?
Our online store ships to most places worldwide, and stocks our complete range, including sale items.
We also do market stall pop-ups from time to time in the Perth area, where we have most of the range available. Keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram to see where we might be popping up!
